Blox cup and cone jacking and cribbing blocks are a purpose designed tool to replace unsafe timber blocks that had traditionally been used to stabilise machinery and equipment used repair and maintenance or storage. The cup and cone profile on two surfaces provides a secure base and top that interlock when stacked. This block is ideal for use when only a small profile height is required or when used to fill a small space when larger Blox jacking and cribbing blocks are used to stabilise equipment. As with all Blox family members, the top block of a stack can be flipped to provide a flat surface for jacking.
Product Description
Blox jacking and support blocks are a safer alternative to timber dunnage and blocks used in jacking and stabilising task. Made from recycled plastic to a repeatable formula, strict manufacturing process and quality controls ensure product uniformity. Being made from recycled material is great for the environment and ensures the product meets full sustainability.
* Total Block Working Load Limit (WLL) is based on a full press load evenly distributed across the top and bottom surfaces of the cribbing block.
Total Block Weights:
BP101060LO = 4.3kg
BP101030LO = 2.4kg
BP61060LO = 2.3kg
BP61030LO = 1.1kg
BP41060LO = 1.9kg
BP41030LO = 0.9kg
Warning: Always perform your own risk assessment before using this product. Always know the weight of the equipment or machine being supported. Consult your equipment and machinery manufacturer manual and guidelines for recommended blocking and lifting points. Never exceed the maximum WLL of the cribbing blocks or cribs. Under no circumstances does the WLL mentioned above take into consideration point loading or uneven weight distribution of the supported load.
